EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION STARTS ON 15 SEPTEMBER 2018

You will register using the registration form below.

Registration fees : 12AFAF registration fees include admission to all sessions, lunches, and coffee/tea breaks (April 9 -11); welcome reception (April 9, evening); and the conference kit. If you wish to participate in the field trip, then an additional fee must be paid depending on your selected field trip. 

Special discounted registration fee: To be eligible for discounted fee, you must be a Filipino residing in the Philippines. To apply for the discounted fee, contact 12afaf2019@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellation will be refunded less administration costs if the cancellation is made before

  • 80% refund if cancellation on or before January 1, 2019, before 5:00 pm.
  • 70% refund if cancellation on or before March 1, 2019, before 5:00 pm.

Cancellations after 5:00 pm, 1 March, will not receive any refund. “No shows” are nonrefundable
and are liable for the full registration fee.
